Custom made products are not refundable.

Stock items are refundable if returned in their original unopened, undamaged condition.

Faulty Products

Faulty products are refundable, however you must advise of any damage on the day of receiving order.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available if the items are returned with their original packaging and are in an unopened, undamaged condition. Custom Flashings can not be exchanged.
