Please refer to our loading requirements for all orders being picked up to ensure the correct vehicle requirements for your order.

Correct PPE required within our premises.

All orders to be paid in full before manufacture.

2% surcharge on all credit card transactions.

Mininum 2 business working day production for all cut to length order.

All cut to length products could be up to 1M longer unless specified.

Our pick up times are between 8AM – 3PM Monday to Friday only.

Returns accepted within 7 days on all original condition stock items only.

Minimum order charge on quantities, lengths and girths on custom manufacture.

No cutting of material on site by any customer for pick up orders.

Surcharges and fees may be applicable.

We do not take responsibility for any incorrectly made custom items which have been ordered by you over the phone.
